KIU REASSURES STUDENTS AND PUBLIC ON TRANSPARENCY AND WELFARE

In the press release, KIU Management emphasised that tuition payment policies are implemented with fairness and empathy to ensure the continued provision of quality services. The university encouraged students and sponsors facing genuine financial difficulties to reach out to the Directorate of Finance, Dean of Students, or respective College Administrators for support and flexible arrangements.
The University also highlighted its transparent bursary system, which fairly allocates opportunities to needy students across the country. Additionally, KIU assured students of an open complaint-handling framework covering admissions, tuition, learning, and graduation matters — handled professionally through customer care desks and open offices.
Management reaffirmed that KIU upholds ethical standards, non-discrimination, and academic integrity, adding that it remains an inclusive and supportive environment for learning and innovation.
